Hanna and Joe found their wedding inspiration in the idea of a whimsical garden. They incorporated shades of pink, champagne and of course an abundance of lush greenery. Even though it was quite hot on the day, their wedding was nothing but elegant and chic.

How Joe Knew He Had Found the One

The couple met at a college party, and Joe admits to falling for Hanna very quickly. After college, he moved back to his hometown in Connecticut while she was living in Chicago. Nevertheless, he thought about her every day. At that point, despite the long-distance, he knew Hanna was truly the one for him when all he wanted was to just be with her.

Family First Dance

Hanna and Joe chose to incorporate their daughter into their first dance. The family danced together to a Dan + Shay song “From the Ground Up,” that references having a baby girl. The family also celebrated another milestone on the dance floor when their daughter, Maja, took her first steps that evening.
